Thyme

Thyme (/taɪm/) is the herb (dried aerial parts) of certain members of the genus Thymus, perennial evergreen aromatic herbs in the mint family, the Lamiaceae. Thymes are related to oregano (Origanum), both plants being mainly native to the Mediterranean region. Thymes have culinary, medicinal and ornamental uses, and the species most commonly grown and used for culinary purposes is Thymus vulgaris.

BREAKFAST

A continental breakfast is included in the room rate and includes croissant, fresh bread (baguette), coffee or tea, butter, homemade jam / marmalade and honey from our hive. Oat and soy milk will be available as an alternative to cow’s milk.

Please let us know if you have any food allergies or are allergic to feather bedding. Guests should note that we have two cats.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
